Brianna Doyle

Brianna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, providing therapy services for adolescents and adults at Freedom First Psychological Services.


Brianna has experience working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, mood instability, intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and PTSD. She also has experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. Brianna uses a variety of treatment approaches in order to meet the needs of each individual client. Treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychoeducation. Her practice style combines empathy, mindfulness, and humor to engage and connect with a wide variety of clients.


Brianna obtained her Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and Psychology, as well as her Master's in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Albany. She has spent the majority of her post-graduate career in agency settings working with adults with developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Brianna enjoys helping others work through their own challenges in a safe space and developing strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. Her experience in the mental health field has provided her with a diverse clinical background and the skills to help clients achieve their personal goals.
