Do you have a child between the ages of 5-13 who struggles with managing their anxious or nervous emotions? This parent support group will provide an opportunity for parents to connect with one another and learn how to support their child who is struggling with anxious feelings. This group is the Parent Component of the Anxiety Ninja Hacks group, and will provide parents with the tools to reinforce at home the material that their child is learning during the group. Child participation in the Anxiety Ninja Hacks Group is encouraged but not required.
