Karli Keator is a Licensed Master Social Worker, providing therapy services for adolescents and adults. Karli sees clients out of our Middleburgh satellite office, as well as virtually.

Karli has experience working with adolescents, individuals, and families. Karli’s previous experience includes working in a hospital-based outpatient mental health clinic, crisis mental health services, and program development for adolescents struggling at home or in school and their families. Karli completed her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Russell Sage College and holds dual Master's Degrees in Social Welfare and Public Health from SUNY Albany.

Karli nurtures a collaborative approach to problem-solving and healing through curious, non judgemental, and strengths-focused support. She adopts an integrative and holistic approach with deep respect for the intersection of experience, culture, attachment, and family/community systems. Karli believes in establishing a foundation of understanding, building therapeutic alliance and trust, before inviting her clients to explore patterns in thoughts, feelings, and actions that exist across her clients lives and relationships. She draws from cognitive-behavioral, humanist, and somatic/mindfulness approaches in her psychotherapy practice.
