She adopts an integrative and holistic approach with deep respect for the intersection of experience, culture, attachment, and family/community systems. Karli believes in establishing a foundation of understanding, building therapeutic alliance and trust, before inviting her clients to explore patterns in thoughts, feelings, and actions that exist across her clients lives and relationships. She draws from cognitive-behavioral, humanist, and somatic/mindfulness approaches in her psychotherapy practice.
