Amore Swann

Amore Swann is Social Work Intern working towards her Masters degree from UAlbany. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from SUNY Oneonta, and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from UAlbany.
Amore has previously worked with children and adolescents at the Child Advocacy Center, part of the Mental Health Association of Columbia-Greene Counties. Amore also has worked for 2.5 years as a UPK teacher at an integrated preschool that provides support and services to children with developmental and neurodivergent needs, as well as to typically developing children.
Amore believes strongly in a person-centered approach, and seeks to provide her clients with an accepting, welcoming environment filled with unconditional positive regard as she supports them on their journey toward self-actualization, growth, and healing.
