Avery Jones

Avery Jones is a Licensed Master Social Worker, providing therapy services for children and adolescents at Freedom First Psychological Services.

​

Avery has expertise working with anxiety, depression, autism, trauma, and behavioral management. She completed her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Social Work at Quinnipiac University. Avery has experience working with children and families in both school settings and community mental health settings. 

 

Avery utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and play therapy approaches in treatment, with the goal of providing every client and family with a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, celebrate growth, and build resilience both in and outside of therapy.
