Bre-Anna Johnson

Bre-Anna Johnson is a Mental Health Counseling Intern in her final year in the University at Albany’s Mental Health Counseling Masters program. She also attended SUNY Albany for undergrad, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Music.


During her time in undergrad, Bre-Anna was a volunteer at UAlbany’s Middle Earth Peer Hotline. Here, she assisted with incoming calls from students and community members seeking support and resources. Bre-Anna also has experience working in Applied Behavioral Analysis, offering in home and clinic based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.


Thus far, Bre-Anna’s studies have been focused on children’s and family counseling, as well as working with ethnic minorities. Bre-Anna enjoys working with clients from a variety of demographics and backgrounds. Bre-Anna’s compassionate nature allows her to connect well with her clients empathically.
